The next step is to remove the screws that are currentlly on the bottom of the Seat. Once they are removed, screw the Base onto the Bottom of the seat using the screws that you had just retrieved.

The next step is to locate the three screws that are on the bottom of the Seat.  These are what we are going to use to attach the T-Foot Rest. Go ahead and unscrew the first and third screw using the Allen Wrench. Once they are undone, place the T-Foot Rest against the bottom of the chair and using the screws you just took out, go ahead and screw it back into place.
