The first step is to remove the board that covers the Base using the included Allen Wrench. |

The next step is to remove the screws that are currentlly on the bottom of the Seat. Once they are removed, screw the Base onto the Bottom of the seat using the screws that you had just retrieved. |

The next step is to attach the Foot Rest onto the Seat. Slide the Foot Rest into place and use the two screws that come with the set to tighten it down. |
