Warranty Policy

The warranty insures that if anything goes wrong with mechanical or structural parts, under normal use of the pump, then we will repair or replace the defective parts for free. Warranty is limited to parts only no labor is included.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving for a full refund. Buyer incurs return shipping expenses. If your chair arrives damaged, please email or call us for replacement parts within the warranty period.

Shipping Policy

We cannot ship to PO/APO,FPO boxes. We can only ship to physical addresses. If you live in the Jacksonville, FL area and wish to pickup your order, there is a $10 pickup/handling fee.
